Meet the agent, Cody VerHuel: Your Local Insurance Agent. As a graduate of the University of Iowa, I am an avid Hawkeye fan who loves the Black and Gold. Go Hawks! I was raised in Johnston, IA and have lived in the Des Moines metro area most of my life. Along with my wife, Kelsey, and our two children, we like to spend most of our free time outdoors biking, hiking, swimming and playing golf. Hockey is my first true passion, and my winters are still spent playing hockey with lifelong friends and now customers both indoors and outside on the pond. My passion for insurance comes from my drive to help people and make an impact on the lives of others. In my decade of insurance experience, I have seen firsthand the impact that my team has on the lives of our customers and that is what gets me excited every day!
